Mary Jane Miller

Chef

 

Mary Jane Miller will teach you chef-style kitchen skills retooled for the home cook.  Mary Jane is a consultant living in Buffalo, MN.  She is a frequent guest chef at the Minnesota Governor’s Residence, on KSTP Twin Cities Live and has developed hundreds of recipes for the Betty Crocker Test Kitchens and Target Corporation.

Cynthis Thomas

Herbalist, Educator, Massage Therapist

 

Cynthia Thomas is a practicing herbalist, educator, massage therapist and doula serving the Twin Cities area. Cynthia has been working with medicinal herbs for over 20 years, studying primarily Western European and Native American traditions, and has a Bachelor of Science in Herbal Sciences from Bastyr University. Through Sacred Journey Healing Arts, LLC, Cynthia sees clients privately for massage and herbal consultations, and teaches classes in herbal medicine from her office/classroom in South Minneapolis, and throughout the Twin Cities. Bio: "The Firesides play traditional American fiddle tunes, songs and harmony inspired originals.
"Meghan will be teaching an all ages Appalachian clogging class. Those interested in participating should bring hard soled shoes."

The clogging class will take place on Sunday at about noon.
